Weekly offers
Fresh meat
In our butcher shop, we primarily sell fresh meat such as beef, chicken, pork, and lamb. We source our meat locally whenever possible. For example, our lamb comes from the village itself, our beef from the Quarlespolder in Lewedorp, and our pork from Belgium.
Traditional sausage factory
In our own sausage factory, we produce 90% of our meats ourselves. This includes Zeeland farmer's liver sausage, salami, and "slingerworst" (a type of sausage), but we also produce many (raw) hams and other meats ourselves.
Salads & salad dishes
Choose from our wide selection of homemade salads, including egg salad, spicy chicken salad, and smos. We also offer a variety of salad platters, such as our Russian salad and Scottish salmon salad. Perfect for a special occasion!
Meals & snacks
Our meals are designed to quickly get a meal on the table when you're short on time but still want to enjoy a delicious meal. Our various appetizers pair well with our salad platters if you so desire.
Barbecue, gourmet and fondue
Want to enjoy some quality meat together? Our wide selection of barbecue and gourmet meats makes it possible. We combine the meat with the best and tastiest marinades just for you, or you can simply choose plain!
Cheese
In our shop, we also offer quality cheeses from Weydeland. These cheeses are known for their smooth and creamy texture. They are aged at Treur Cheese in Woerden. Whether you're looking for a farmhouse cheese or a traditional Dutch cheese, you've come to the right place.
About us
We work every day to prepare high-quality meat, salads, meals, and BBQ meats with craftsmanship. We set the bar high for ourselves to achieve the best results.
We've been doing this since 1891, when Kees Wisse started slaughtering at home. In 1926, he opened the shop on Torenstraat in Meliskerke. The fifth generation is currently working in the family business.
